Positioning: You will be asked to sit in a comfortable chair, usually reclining slightly to give the specialist easy access to your eyebrows. Threading Process: Thread Preparation: Our barber will use a piece of cotton thread, twisting it to create a loop. Hair Removal: They will precisely manoeuvre the thread over your eyebrow, trapping unwanted hairs in the twisted loop and pulling them out from the root. This process is repeated quickly to shape and clean up the brow area. Shaping and Symmetry: Precision Work: Our barber will carefully shape your eyebrows, ensuring symmetry and a clean, defined look. They may ask you to check the shape in a mirror to ensure you’re satisfied with the progress. Cancellation Policy
Appointment and Deposit Policy Your appointment is crucial to us, as it allows us to provide the best service. Please note: Deposit Requirement: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The appointment is only confirmed once the deposit is received. Non-Refundable Deposit: Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred if you provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellation Policy: For cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, the deposit is forfeited. If you miss your appointment without notifying us, we may charge the full price and require a deposit for future bookings. We appreciate your understanding as we implement this policy to better serve all our clients. Additional Appointment Guidelines: Late Arrival: We allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. Beyond this, we may need to reschedule your appointment to the next available slot. Approximate Timing: All appointment times are approximate.
