Service Description
What to expect; Discussion: Your appointment will start with a detailed consultation. The stylist will ask about your hair history, your desired outcome, and any specific preferences or concerns you have. Colour Matching: The stylist will assess your current hair colour and texture. They might use colour swatches to determine the best shade that complements your overall look. Hair Analysis: The condition of your hair and scalp will be evaluated to ensure they are in good health for the colouring process. Processing Time Waiting Period: After the dye is applied, it needs time to develop. The processing time can vary but usually takes between 20-45 minutes, depending on the product and desired intensity. Rinsing Thorough Rinse: Once the processing time is complete, your hair will be thoroughly rinsed with lukewarm water to remove all the dye. This step is crucial to prevent any residue from affecting your scalp or hair. Shampoo and Condition: A colour-safe shampoo will be used to cleanse your hair, followed by a conditioner or post-colour treatment to lock in moisture and add shine. Blow Drying: ADDITIONAL CHARGE, to be booked on menu as "wash & blow dry" service. The stylist will blow-dry your hair in sections, styling it as per your preference. This step allows them to check the colour result in its dry state. Adjustments: Any necessary adjustments, such as further blending or touch-ups, will be made to ensure perfection. Aftercare Advice Product Recommendations: The stylist will suggest aftercare products, such as colour-safe shampoos, conditioners, and styling products, to maintain your new colour. We recommend Milkshake Shampoo & Conditioners for best results. Maintenance Tips: You’ll receive tips on how to care for your coloured hair at home, including how often to wash it, how to protect it from heat and environmental damage, and how to keep it hydrated and healthy. Scheduling Next Appointment: The stylist may recommend when to schedule your next touch-up or colour refresh to keep your hair looking its best. Cancellation Policy
Appointment and Deposit Policy Your appointment is crucial to us, as it allows us to provide the best service. Please note: Deposit Requirement: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The appointment is only confirmed once the deposit is received. Non-Refundable Deposit: Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred if you provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellation Policy: For cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, the deposit is forfeited. If you miss your appointment without notifying us, we may charge the full price and require a deposit for future bookings. We appreciate your understanding as we implement this policy to better serve all our clients. Additional Appointment Guidelines: Late Arrival: We allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. Beyond this, we may need to reschedule your appointment to the next available slot. Approximate Timing: All appointment times are approximate.
