Cancellation Policy

Non-Refundable Deposit: Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred if you provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellation Policy: For cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, the deposit is forfeited. If you miss your appointment without notifying us, we may charge the full price and require a deposit for future bookings. We appreciate your understanding as we implement this policy to better serve all our clients. Additional Appointment Guidelines: Late Arrival: We allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals.
