What to expect: Initial Consultation Discussion: Your stylist will discuss your desired hair colour, your hair history, and any concerns or preferences you have. This helps them choose the right shade and application technique. Colour Matching: The stylist will compare your current hair colour with swatches to ensure the new colour will blend seamlessly. Preparation Hair Sectioning: Your hair will be sectioned to allow for even application of the colour. This ensures that every strand is coated properly. Root Touch-Up: The stylist will focus the application on the new growth, making sure to blend it well with the rest of your hair. Processing Time Quick Development: The key feature of Milkshake Hair 9 Minute Colour is its rapid processing time. The stylist will set a timer for 9 minutes, and during this time, the colour will develop fully. Please note that it takes 15 minutes to apply the colour. Rinsing Thorough Rinse: After the 9-minute processing time, your hair will be rinsed thoroughly with lukewarm water until the water runs clear. Shampoo and Condition: The stylist will use a colour-safe shampoo to cleanse your hair, followed by a conditioner to lock in moisture and add shine. Blow Drying and Styling -ADDITIONAL CHARGE, to be booked on menu as a 'wash & blow dry' service. Blow Drying: The stylist will blow-dry your hair, styling it as per your preference discussed during the consultation. Final Look and Inspection Mirror Check: The stylist will show you the results, making sure you are happy with the colour and style. Adjustments: Any necessary adjustments, such as further blending or touch-ups, will be made to ensure perfection. 8. Aftercare Advice Product Recommendations: The stylist will recommend aftercare products, such as colour-safe shampoos, conditioners, and styling products, to maintain your new colour. Scheduling Next Appointment: The stylist may suggest when to schedule your next root touch-up or colour refresh, typically every 4-6 weeks, to keep your colour looking vibrant.

Cancellation Policy

Appointment and Deposit Policy Your appointment is crucial to us, as it allows us to provide the best service. Please note: Deposit Requirement: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The appointment is only confirmed once the deposit is received. Non-Refundable Deposit: Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred if you provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellation Policy: For cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, the deposit is forfeited. If you miss your appointment without notifying us, we may charge the full price and require a deposit for future bookings. We appreciate your understanding as we implement this policy to better serve all our clients. Additional Appointment Guidelines: Late Arrival: We allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. Beyond this, we may need to reschedule your appointment to the next available slot. Approximate Timing: All appointment times are approximate.
