Service Description
Your colour appointment is limited to two and a half hours. If you'd like additional colour services, such as toner or highlights, please schedule these in the following month. Please note that this appointment excludes cuts and treatments.
Cancellation Policy
Membership Appointment Guidelines Online Booking: Appointments are for members only. Please book online and await confirmation after we check availability. If you don’t hear from us within an hour, call us at 021 035 0855 DURING BUSINESS HOURS. Time Slot: Each booking includes a one-hour time slot with unlimited services within that period. For additional services, book another day. Female Membership Services: Female members must select the correct service from the membership booking page. Punctuality: Please arrive on time to help us stay on schedule. Late arrivals may affect subsequent appointments. Appointment Transfer: Appointments cannot be transferred to others. We will only accept the person on the membership card. Thank you for your cooperation.
