Cancellation Policy

Please note: Deposit Requirement: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The appointment is only confirmed once the deposit is received. Non-Refundable Deposit: Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred if you provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellation Policy: For cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, the deposit is forfeited. If you miss your appointment without notifying us, we may charge the full price and require a deposit for future bookings.
