Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is crucial to us, as it allows us to provide the best service. Please note: ALL APPOINTMENT TIMES ARE APPROXIMATE!!!! Deposit Requirement: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The appointment is only confirmed once the deposit is received. Non-Refundable Deposit: Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred if you provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellation Policy: For cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, the deposit is forfeited. If you miss your appointment without notifying us, we may charge the full price and require a deposit for future bookings. Additional Appointment Guidelines: Late Arrival: We allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. Beyond this, we may need to reschedule your appointment to the next available slot. Approximate Timing: All appointment times are approximate. Companions: Please leave your entourage at home, as we do not have a waiting area.
